The apartment was spacious and comfortable, fairly modern and new. On first floor up some nice open stairs. Included washing machine and dishwasher. Hot water and pressure are great. Bed is medium soft (not firm or thin) for a comfortable sleep. Ari our host was fantastic and a lovely person. Always ready to help and chat. Location was great in a local suburb which was mostly quiet. Just out of the city. Close to everything we needed, beach, town, shops. Parking is in the street outside sometimes abit busy in peak. A car helps in this location. Would stay here again, it was a really nice place to come back to each evening. Comfortable and enjoyable :)

We have created a collection of vacation homes to offer our guests refined comforts and personal touch in a fine art - infused environment. Our ambition is to make you feel at home and our persistent vision is to turn your vacation in Chania into a valuable experience, infused by the Cretan culture, the local way of life and rich feelings. This is nothing more than what Cretans offer spontaneously to their guests for centuries. The Aethrion Boutique Homes is a brand new mansion composed of seven character apartments, fully furnished and equipped, in Chryssi Akti (Golden Beach) area. A central atrium lies at the heart of our mansion and forms a welcoming cosy hall surrounded by our homes. This is just 3km away from the centre of the historical city of Chania and 300m from the renowned Golden Beach, which is surrounded by a variety of sandy beaches, pine tree groves and dunes. The location enjoys sea and mountain views and beautifully combines the breath of nature with the proximity of the city. Our homes are decorated with original paintings, such as oil on canvas, aquarelles and engraving prints.

The Aethrion Boutique Homes is located in Chryssi Akti (Golden Coast) area, just 300m away from the homonymous popular beach which is part of the greater green complex of Aghi Apostoli, less than 4km west from the city centre of Chania. Chryssi Akti has not been named by accident as it is the main in a collection of four wonderful sandy beaches which unfold as a Riviera. Beaches alternate on the coast with dunes and groves of pine trees, offering a unique variety of natural scenery. Here you can enjoy swimming, sea water sports, walking and jogging, as well as sand sports such as beach volleyball and beach tennis, together with beach bar, café and restaurant services. You may reach the cosmopolitan atmosphere of Chania city and the Venetian harbour in just a few minutes. Chryssi Akti combines the nature and the close proximity to the city, thus being an ideal location for your stay in Chania throughout the year. Close to Aethrion Boutique Homes our guests may find a variety of beach bars (300-500m), a number of super- and mini-markets, cafés, restaurants and shops, a Bowling Alley with playground, as well as water sport facilities. The area is serviced by bus and taxi services.
