Beach Maisonette is newly built (2019) and located 50m from the sea, just a one-minute walk to the beach! It offers sea view, private terrace, patio and lawn garden. Hanioti village lies 1km northwest or a ten-minute walk. The maisonette features two air-conditioned bedrooms (one per floor), two bathrooms (one per floor), a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar, and a comfortable living room on the ground floor. The upstairs bedroom has a private terrace with great views, while downstairs are available outside one dining and one lounge area, as well as two sunbeds to enjoy some reading or take a nap. You can even try your beach volley skills on our sand court! Four persons can be accommodated, enjoying Greek summer and luxurious living in a cool modern place. Amenities include 3 A/C units, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, radio, CD player, bottom freezer refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, French press, electric kettle, electric grill, food chopper, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and clothes iron. The property is recommended for families and is part of a fresh and beautiful residence complex with four other maisonettes.

My name is Pavlos, was born and raised in Thessaloniki, but have also lived and worked abroad for several years. There is an abundance of nearby places, even within walking distance. White beach bar is right across the house, while Achinos/Kritikos beach bar/restaurant is situated 250m to the left (i.e. northwest). Of course, you can always walk to the beach (100m), arguably the best place to swim. In case you own a car, Cyano beach bar (1km) and Mamalouka beach restaurant (1.6km) are a bit farther on the same road, just head to the right (i.e. southeast). Of course, you should explore the nearby villages (Pefkohori, Polihrono, Paliouri, Kryopigi, Kallithea) and all the beaches, coves, bars and restaurants among them. In almost all of them you can swim, have coffee, breakfast, cocktails, lunch or dinner by the sea till late. Two major super markets (Masoutis & AB Vasilopoulos) are located very close, 900m and 1.4km respectively, and stay open until 21:00, Sundays included. Hanioti village is within walking distance, where you will find various places to shop, lunch, dine or have a coffee or a drink.
