Our apartment is central and sunny located just 400 meters and 5' walking distance from the metro station of Viktoria which will get you in less than 10 minutes to the Acropolis, Syntagma square and Monastiraki. It is ideal for families, couples or friends that prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with every amenity you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment has been partially renovated in September 2022. It is 80m² and it is located on the third floor. There are no stairs in the entrance, and it is accessible by an elevator as well. It consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds. Both mattresses are brand new and will ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. One more guest can sleep on the sofa that can be converted to a comfortable twin bed. You will find a washing machine in the bathroom. Our spacious balcony is overlooking Filis street.

The National Archaeological Museum of Athens, is only 750m from the apartment. Viktoria district was once one of the most sought-after districts in Athens and that still shows on the neoclassical buildings and in their eclectic rhythm still surviving in between contemporary buildings. The area is mainly multicultural which means you will find a plethora of shops and services on Acharnon avenue and around the square that may fit your needs.
