I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I stayed in two different rooms, and they were were so cramped up. On our first night, the room reeked of cigarette smell despite me asking for a non-smoking room. Also our air-conditioning was not working. When I called the reception, they just told us to open our room windows as nothing much could be done.
We returned to the same hotel for another two night stay one day later. During check-in, I mentioned of my experience with my previous room and requested for a non-smoking room. The reception staff nonchalantly told me that it was my bad luck. He went on to comment that while all rooms are non-smoking, they can't do much about customers who smoke in the room.
This is BS, as I have personally seen that they do not care much about enforcement. A lady was smoking in the lobby right in front of the couch facing the reception, and none of the staff did anything about it.
Also, I was shocked that they do not have free personal computers that the guest may use. We were asked to pay for the service (via their business room). At first, I thought that this was the norm in Athens, only to find out later that a neighbouring 4 star hotel have two PCs available free of charge for its patrons.
The cappuccino served during breakfast was very nice.
