During check-in, there is a detailed description of the flat’s amenities, many tips on where to dine and shop at the area, which buses to use etc. We also provide 24/7 on-call service for maintenance or other urgent issues, as well as concierge services. We strive to provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience that is different to what you get at hotels and hostels – something more responsible, more human, and ultimately more valuable. With that in mind, please do not treat our members or our services like you would at a hotel. If you’re looking for 24/7 room service, we strongly suggest that you book your accommodation elsewhere. Parking in the city center is extremely rare and paid by the hour. In case you are coming by car, please let us know in advance so we can recommend closest parking spaces.
