2021 renovated apartment (75 sq m / 807 sq ft), consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 with queen double bed and 1 with 2 twin beds) and a modern bathroom. In addition, a large front balcony, a smaller back one and big windows that allow lots of natural light in. Nicely decorated, brand new furniture, thoroughly cleaned. Flat screen Smart TV 50” and comfortable corner sofa and armchair available to relax after a long day exploring the vibrant city. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Available also washer/dryer and dish washer. It is on the 1st floor in a calm area of Palaio Faliro and even has a parking space in the building’s open garage. Only a block away from Syggrou Ave and convenient public transportation to Athens & Piraeus.
In person welcome by our lovely host Maria, who will meet our guests at check-in, show the apartment and will provide all necessary information and answer any questions they may have. Maria also provides an introduction to the city of Athens, maps and directions (as needed) and tips based on the guests preferences. Hospitality is a critical concept for us and the foundation of our approach, hence we want to ensure our guests experience a warm welcome and the personal communication that will help them have a great time in Athens.
Beautiful, peaceful, and spacious place in P.Faliro, nicely located in one of the most beautiful areas of Athens South suburbs, close to the seafront & marina (5-10min walk) and conveniently close to the Athens Center without the noise of the city center. Ideal for those looking for an elegant and convenient house to relax and use as a base to explore Athens and the seafront. Located in a nice spot literally next to Rea Maternity Hospital, the Planetarium, and the fantastic Stavros Niarchos Park.
