La Ceiba is not really somewhere to stay for too long as it's really just a port town that you stay before going to the islands. The food was great. Kayaking was fantastic.
The food was great. Kayaking was fantastic. Las Hamacus hotel and Apart Pico Bonito hotel were both great places to stay. I would not recommend staying at the Omega Eco Jungle Tours Resort. The hospitality was terrible and the pool did not work.
