The property where apartments are located was built in 2011 by my parents who are construction engineers. It is in a very good condition since it is well maintained over the time. Each of the 4 floors in the building have 2 flats, so all together there are 8 flats. Three flats have been sold out and young couples permanently live there, while my brother is located in the forth flat. The rest of the apartments (2 in the lower ground floor/basement, 1 on the higher ground floor and 1 on the second floor) are available for renting. Having so small building You can find here peaceful and very quiet location. It has 3 parking space on the private parking lot and 2 more parking space in front of the building. Occupants are very friendly. Our building is kept clean and tidy. Each apartment is modernly furnished and satisfies the needs of almost all guests. Blankets and pillows are brand new, like all the linen that we use.

Dear travelers and guests, firstly I would like to say hello to everyone and introduce myself a little bit :) For over 10 years I have been involved in my family business of renting apartments on Croatian coast. We have a big house with 7 apartments in a beautiful small village of Sukošan in North Dalmatia, near the town of Zadar. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to have a great vacation. I think that the best reward for my work can be seen when almost 50% of people came back to our apartments next year. In this period of my life I have made so many friendships with my guests and we have stayed in contact for years only to become really big and close friends. Only to visit them I have to make a big road trip around Europe (Slovenia, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland) which I do whenever I can get a chance. I have furnished and decorated these apartments in Zagreb, believing they can be a great place for people to spend some time in them and to make You feel like home. I hope that I would get a chance to get to know new people and give my best in trying to accommodate guest needs. :)

Apartments Tony are located in Vrlička ulica (street) in the western part of Zagreb. Although we are in a very quiet street, only 50 m away there is one of the major traffic hubs in western part of Zagreb - Selska ulica (street) and Zagrebačka Avenija. With this traffic connections our apartments are easily accessible from all directions especially from highways. Our neighborhood is called Srednjaci (Knežija) and it is placed between old Zagreb neighborhood Trešnjevka on north and newer neighborhood Jarun on the south. We are around 3,5 - 4 km away from town center. 300 m from the apartments there is a bus stop on Selska street where You can go with bus for one station (ca. 500 m) and then You arrive to a tram station which is directly connected to town centre (7 stations - 15 min. drive). You can also go to south for 400 m and reach another tram route from Jarun neighborhood. Jarun is also well known among locals and tourist as a main destination for young people in search for sport and recreation as well as the best nightlife in Zagreb. 120 m from apartments You can find 2 supermarkets and 100 m away is the nearest restaurant with bar.
