The location of the hotel was great, a few steps from Carpe Deium and the views are wondeful if you are at the front of the building. The hotel seems to be in transition, so while sharing breakfast space with another hotel was a very good idea (the food was very good) this did mean that the hotel lacked a buzz of it's own. I suspect a revamp and price hike may cure this, but will sadly put the hotel out of reach for many. |

Great location, with nice balcony nice staff, good breakfast advertised as a superior room, it's not. no air con, small fan in over 30 C heat. shower small with no holder for shower head |

Location is very good. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast (served 150 meter away) holds a good continental standard. No air-condition. Bathroom's needs upgrading. |

Fantastic location - on the harbourside, with beatiful views over the bay and islands. No lift, no air conditioning, breakfast was served in another hotel round the corner. Room was a bit small. |

Staff were very friendly and very very helpful, very well located hotel (right next the the harbour) and the breakfast was brilliant. We had booked a double room and expected a double bed but were given twin beds (this was not stated in the booking). There was no air conditioning either and the bathroom was really small and not very good condition. Other than that it was fine, you pay for the location really and if you want to share a bed I think you need to book a sea view (although they only tell you this when you get there). |

the staff was excellent and seemed to look for ways to make our experience more enjoyable. The view from the room was outstandingly beautiful. In many ways it was an exceptional hotel. Perhaps we were there on a particularly rowdy night, but noise from the partying outside the hotel kept me awake (literally) all night. For that reason I probably would not be able to recommend it in spite of all the other lovely things about the hotel. |

The view and the balcony made our stay - very romatic;). Friendly and helpful personnel and clean room. The rooms are however somewhat worn. The beds were a bit to hard. |

We booked in for three days and after the first day decided to stay for the full duration of our stay. From our spacious, modern and clean room we had a glorious view of the sea. Bed was very comfortable and water plentiful. The staff were fantastic and the location could not have been better. Not possible to get breakfast at the hotel (you have to go to another about 150m away corner but the breakfast there was delicious so not the end of the world. No air-conditioning but there is a fan and it is quiet outside so it is possible to leave the door open so it didn't really matter. |

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage mit Zugang zum Meer, tolle Aussicht von Balkon direkt aufs Meer punktuelle Verbesserungen in Infrastruktur (z.B. Wasserleitungen) wäre zu wünschen |

Magnifica ubicacion en pleno centro y a 2 minutos del puerto para tomar los ferris. Las habitaciones con vista al mar son recomendables No tiene ascensor |
