Grand Hotel Imperial  

De kamers zijn goed. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. de ligging van het hotel is fantastisch. We hadden een kamer met parkzicht geboekt en hadden tegelijkertijd ook zicht op de haven van de binnenstad.

het eten is niet goed. Voorgerecht is buffet en gaat er nog door.Hoofdgerecht is keuze die je de avond ervoor moet doorgeven.Dit is echt ondermaats. Zowel de combinatie van het eten als de smaak. Totaal geen kruiden en altijd lauw.Best te boeken in kamer met ontbijt!

Very good 4-star hotel with excellent location in the center of a beautiful park, 2 minutes from the port. The hotel is from the 20s and renovated, modernized of course. Breakfast and dinner is quite rich and varied. Beer and wine is complimentary which is a very nice and surprising gesture. They give a ticket for a boat taxi to an other peninsula gratis. Parking is also free (outside).

Rooms are small, actually narrow, but ok. Cupboards are extremely small, so if you stay more than 3 nights you need to use your suitcases still. Besides the city tax they charge additionaly something like 'declaration cost' onto the bill which was not stated on booking.com. They have fitness and wellness, but all for charge for 'outside' and 'inside' guests too - pity. We have arrived later than 9 pm (until the dinner goes) and therefore asked to have some food in the room on arrival (for which we have paid). We got some cheese and ham, which was ok, but later they have charged extra for that, altough we have paid for the dinner which we did not take. Allover the hotel is ok, but the staff is quite morose at Front Desk and restaurant too.

The hotel was very nice. If you are coming from North America, you have to remember that this is Europe and rooms are a little smaller. But, we were quite impressed with the facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Divic at the front desk, Mr. Josip (Head of Dining Room) and Marko ... one of the waiters. Only caveat is ... if you are coming with small children ... the beaches are rocky and not all that foot friendly. If you have a car ... DEFINITELY go to beach in Lopar ... it is sand and you can walk 400 meters and still be only at hip level!

Für längeren Aufenthalt war das Zimmer etwas zu klein.

Líbil se nám vstřícný přístup personálu jak v recepci tak i např. v hotelové restauraci. Zároveň jsme ocenili vynikající službu s převozem

Asi není nic, možná jen slbší znalost angličtiny

Appena arrivati non avevano mai ricevuta la ns prenotazione, comunque sono riusciti a darci la camera lo stesso con due letti separati la prima notte e dalla seconda una camera matrimoniale. Per il resto tutto bene

Vicinanza al centro e al mare

Mancanza di servizio internet alle camere, ristorante impreparato per I pranzi, comuque di livello molto inferiore rispetto alla cena

Vecera sa podavala od 19.00 do 21.00hod. Ak sa nejake jedlo dojedlo, uz personal restauracie jedlo nedoplnal. Toto sa stavalo uz o 20.00hod.!

La camera silenziosa e la posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi

Vicino al centro citta. Data flessibile per il soggiorno. Posto tranquillo.

Spa Zone soddisfacente, cordialità dello staff, splendido scenario in cui è inserita la struttura

Wifi a pagamento. Peccato perché oramai dovrebbe essere gratuito, almeno nella hall dell'albergo.

In ottima posizione rispetto a rab città, personale molto gentile. Ottima l'offerta della mezza pensione con soli 5 euro di differenza.
