We are located between Maslenica and Posedarje at the Novigrad Sea in Dalmatia. Our house is directly at the sea, you need to walk down just a few stairs to go to swim and to take a sunbath at our own beach. It is a very private and familiar place and very safe for kids. we have one big supermarket just 5 minutes away from us where you can get everything you need. all together we have 3 supermarkets in posedarje but also many other shops. our favorite restaurant is located in Vinjerac and it is called Konoba Pece. it is an amazing place. the garden is framed by old stonewalls and you have a great view to this lovely old fisherman town called Vinjerac. Also you have a great sundowner there. Backwards you can see the Velibit mountain and the Paklenica National Park which is a great place for hiking and climbing. America has the Grand Canyon and we have the Zrmanja Canyon. A great place to go through it with a Stand up Paddler Board or a guided Boatrip. In the 60s and 70s the landscape all around and inside of the canyon was used for the Winnetou movies which were in Austria and Germany really succsessfull. now there are many mountainbike ways which are good signed. Most of the people know that in croatia we have first of all stone beaches but in a nearby town called Nin we have also a sandbeach which is first of all a paradise for kids but also the number one Address in Croatia for Kite Surfing. Nin is also a nice little old town, not too big but with a nice holiday atmosphere. small little streets with many restaurants, shops and street artists. Zadar is the biggest city of our area and just 18 Minutes away from us. from there you can make boat trips to the kornati islands in the open sea for the whole day, including breakfast, meal and dinner. the island pag which is famouse for the cheese and the salt you can reach by car easily from us in about 20 Minutes.
