We enjoyed our stay at the Design Hotel Verbenicum. The property is beautiful, the view of old town is superb, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was a nice bonus.

OMG the hotel is amazing, just like in the pictures!!! Very comfortable rooms and very helpful staff- Christoph and Narcisa at the front desk were very nice she nice the day we arrived until the last minute with arrangements for leaving early. They even gave us a breakfast to go. Amenities in the room were great, breakfast and food at the restaurant was delicious. We were lucky enough to have a family reunion at a private room and the servers were incredibly good and profesional. Congratulations to the Chef for an amazing flavor experience!

Large window opening to juliet balcony provided a beautiful view of the village and the sea. Hosts were very helpful and provided what was needed for us to grill our dinner on the front terrace. Very easy to walk down to the old Town and local beaches. Excellent value. Highly recommend

Vrbnik is an amazing village.
Vrbnik is an amazing village. It is worth exploring Krk island as there are many villages worth seeing - Krk old town is a must. Taxis are limited and expensive so make sure you have a car or budget for taxis. Uber is not available.

The view from the terrace at restaurant Nada was stunning. It’s a small town, so getting around is easy. The restaurants were terrific. But the parking is offsite a bit, so coming and going is a hike. There are many benches around the town.

Vrbnik is a beautiful little town set on the gorgeously-blue waters that surround the island of Krk. It has fascinating nooks and crannies, wonderfully labyrinthine streets and many places to relax, either having a meal, coffee or doing some sunbathing/swimming. It is a little town with soul. Vrbnik is easy to understand, nice little town placed on 3 hills and the valleys between them. Almost every building has a sea view, roads are narrow, but easy to navigate. Several large parking spots around town. Dining is a bit overpriced, but good. Nice, natural beaches are within walking distance.

Vrbnik is a quaint, quiet town surrounded by beautiful wineries. It is fun to explore the old town and peek into restaurants that are exceptional. We came in shoulder season, so did not get to experience the beach, but it looks beautiful.

Greta is very kind and helpful, she is very nice person. Cold water and coffee were prepared for us. The balcon is convenient and the view is beautiful from here. The appartman is close to the beach, however it is better to go there by car (3 min). We usually went to Zgribnica beach, which is very nice, and there is a good bar with foods, coctails and so on. The location is great, very close to a supermarket, the town, the beaches and the diving center. Our favorite part was the private terrace with a beautiful view! Perfect for our 12 day stay in Vrbnik.

We got to go next door and taste some lovely wines, which was an extra treat. Great location, a very short walk down to the beach (5 mins) or up to the old town (10 mins). The perfect start to our trip around Croatia! Hvala!
