Villa Giovanni Maria is located in Labin, a small town on the east coast of Istria with a rich history. In the fully fenced garden, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, sun loungers, shower, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, seating, several parking spaces and a garage. Villa Giovanni Maria consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a space in the hallway suitable for two children. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. Groups of young people under the age of 26 are expressly forbidden.
