Hello, we are Matohanca family from picturesque Rovinj. Our family B&B has been opening its doors to tourists since 2000. We hope you will choose us for your residence in visiting Rovinj and we stand at your disposal for any questions or information you might need.

Villa Matohanca is a family owned house in an Istrian style decor equiped with modern furniture and the benefits of modern lifestyle.

Our B&B is located in a queit neighbourhood which is approximately 500 m from the city center. Near our location, approx. 500 m to the right, there is ACI MARINA Rovinj, Grand Hotel Park, which offers a variety of services and shops, cafes and restaurants, and further down the promenade are beaches for enjoying the sea and the sun. 500 m straight from us is the Dolphin Dock - boat lines for the islands of Katarina and Sv.Andrija (Red Island), restaurants Paštrik, Maestral, shop Tommy, and the continuation of the promenade will take you to the city center in a few minutes' walk. To the left from us is the shop Konzum and the restaurant Il Faro. At a slightly greater distance, approx. 1000 m, there is a basketball court and Punta Corrente forest park.
