The house is on little hill, it spreads on 3 floors of 600 m2 inside and 1000 m2 of outside space, consists of 3 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. There is huge garden where is luxurious indoor swimming pool ( heated always) which is perfect especially for the kids, as they are not exposed to strong sun and you can swim no matter what weather is it . Pool is attached to house (glass doors can be opened all around ) . There is also sauna and little fitness with machines. On the Groundfloor flat there are 2 bedrooms (have double bed each, no view , no tv) , living room with SAT TV, dining room ( sea view), kitchen and 1 bathroom. Air condition in bedrooms and living room. On level (first floor) where is main entrance to villa there is a spacious living room with a large terrace and a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, dining room , outside BBQ area and covered garage. A large pergola with summer kitchen and dining space provides you with the ability to enjoy the breathtaking view . On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and living room ( 1 big sofa ) with terrace ( sea view ) . Each bedroom on 2 floor has SAT tv, air conditioning and bathroom. Private parking for 4 cars .
There are lots of stuff for kids to play in garden , like table soccer, rackets for badminton.... There are no other guests when you rent villa and you do not share anything, you have privacy. Area which is very peaceful and quiet, very safe for children and almost no traffic around villa, you will enjoy in astonishing sea view . Villa is 800 meters far from the main road with a car, this short part of road to villa is narrow and curvy . Villa is situated in town Mlini, on half way from airport Ćilipi to Dubrovnik. It takes around 10-20 minutes driving with car to Dubrovnik or airport, depends on traffic. Difference between 5 bedroom villa and 3 bedroom villa is when you book 1 option its not possible to book another. If you book 3 bedroom villa , Groundfloor flat ( 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen ) of villa is closed/locked and you can not use it, you have 2 flats - first floor and second floor on disposal ( above in description you can read details) . In both options you are alone at villa , there are no other guests at property and you have privacy.
We will provide warm and cozy hospitality, welcome drinks and fruits, cellphone for using for no extra fee, to call food delivery, driver for transfer or us if any assistance needed. If you just want to enjoy and relax in our villa ,all you need is to take a seat on one of plenty terraces and experience our wellness where you can enjoy in glorious views onto the pleasant terraced Mediterranean garden with the blue Adriatic sea, the bay of Mlini. No matter what weather you can enjoy in our big indoor pool ( heated, temp. always between 26-28 C ). Walking down to Mlini takes around 10-15 minutes, it is steep, going back more as its uphill. In Mlini you have beautiful beaches, walking area around bay, bars and restaurant. Owners live below property in apartment with separate entrance and parking from villa, you have full privacy but for any assistance if needed we are close by when available. We offer taxi service for an extra fee on call . Any other services you want we can provide, like chef at villa, massage at villa, rent a car, boat trip for extra fee. My name is Antun Toni Tolja.
