The apartment is situated only a few steps off Andrassy, a spectacular boulevard recognised as a World Heritage Site lined with fine restaurants, villas, embassies and shops, linking the City Park (spas and museums) with Deak ter (center of nightlife & main transport junction). It is only 30 meters from the metro station on the Millennium Undergorund Railway (also UNESCO World Heritage Site). 50 meters from the National Puppet Theater and the Academy of Fine Arts - to enjoy some art & entertainment. 60 meters from a newly renovated park with playground, cafes and stage for creative programs, outdoor concerts, movie nights and dance performances. 100 meters from the House of Terror, a museum commemorating the fascist and communist regimes. 150 meters from the local farmers market and a 100years old market hall.
