Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista heti saapumishetkestämme lähtien. Huone oli loistava ja aamiainen maittava. Ei miinuksia. Ballsbridge oli kaunista aluetta, sopivan kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. |

rauhallinen ja siisti yöpymispaikka. Aika kaukana keskustasta minne kuitenkin Dart-junalla hyvät yhteydet. Hyvä aamupala ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. |

Aamiaismenu oli luksusta, henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Kylpyhuone kaipasi lisähyllyjä ja suihku oli varsin heikko. |

Aamupala hyvä, myös koko hotellin henkilökunnan asenne ja asiakaspalvelu olivat hyviä. Erityisen tyytyväisiä olimme, että saimme lähtöaamuna aamupalan klo 4 yöllä, tätä ehdotti respan työntekijä, emme itse olisi edes tajunneet kysyä. Huoneessa likainen kokolattiamatto. Hotellin sijainti oli huono, kaukana kaikista nähtävyyksistä ja keskustasta. Huoneemme oli kellarissa, vain pienet ikkunat suoraan roska-astioille ja henkilökunnan tupakkapaikalle.. huoneessa oli todella kuuma eikä ikkunoita uskaltanut pitää yöllä auki sijainnin vuoksi. |

Friendly staff , ideal location for our visit to the rds - would like to stay here again. More of an upmarket guest house than a hotel but this suited me fine |

An elegant neighbordhood, good staff, breakfast, a little bit far from city centre (20-30 min walking) but very close to the DART station. Some rooms are without a view but good heated, others are with a nice view but cold. But there was not a problem to change the room or to have an supplemental heater. |

Very beautiful place, the breakfast was great. The shower was only luke warm, not hot. The room was stayed was really noisy the whole night. This would have been an awesome place if we could have had some sleep. |

Super friendly staff. Warm inviting Hotel. Quiet Location. Above average breakfast. Hotel was booked for a large party, so the sitting room was changed to a private function room for 2 days. Could use more shelf space in bathrooms and all over. Very low water pressure. Overly firm beds / pillows. |

The hotel is a beautiful victorian building with lovely elegant decor. Our room was quite comfortable & the staff very helpful. We particularly enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room, & with the starched white linen napkins. We found the twin beds to be too narrow for our comfort. The front steps are a bit arduous;it would be nice if there were a ramp beside the steps on which to wheel up one's suitcases. |

A perfect place to stay for visiting Dublin. 3 minutes from the Dart. Very friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. Rooms comfortable and furnished to high standard.Would definatley highly recommend. |

The room was the best we have ever stayed in and the breakfast was superb.The staff were very polite helpful and nothing was too much trouble.It was our first visit to Dublin and Ireland and we couldnt have chosen a better place to stay.Thanks to all the staff at The Ariel for an enjoyable break |
