Lovely location, very quiet and peaceful but also not far from good places for food and drink. Old fashioned (in a good way), warm and comforable. Had a very good night's sleep - probably the most comfortable bed we had on our trip. Cooked breakfast was great - smallish, but very tasty. Place lives up to its name - fuchsia grows everywhere in this part of the country!

Between the Connemara Mountains and the Atlantic, Fuchsia House is surrounded by fuchsia flowers, just 15 minutes’ drive from Connemara National Park. It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and full Irish breakfasts. Cosily decorated, the rooms each include a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests can relax in the spacious guest lounge, which features a TV and free tea and coffee. The bed and breakfast boasts ocean views, and is located on the Wild Atlantic Way. Scenic walks can be enjoyed in the secluded surrounding area. Guests can take part in horse riding, fishing, or scuba diving in Renvyle, which is a 10-minute drive away. Kylemore Abbey is 20 minutes away by car. Please note that satellite navigation does not work near this property. Guests are kindly asked to contact the property prior to arrival for thorough directions. Guests are advised to use an analogue map.

Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed in the peace and quiet of the secluded surroundings. We are a small family run Bed and Breakfast. The decor of the house reflects the owners love of antique furniture. The twin room is a smaller room, designed for one night, a solo traveller or younger family members. If you like peace and quiet then Fuchsia House is the place to stay. Renvyle is ideal for walking, horse riding, fishing (fresh or sea), scuba diving, golf and also has beautiful beaches.
Fuchsia House, as the name suggests, is surrounded by fuchsias, and nestles between the Connemara Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. It is located at the end of the scenic Renvyle Peninsula. The large traditional fireplace is the heart of the house where you can find yourself chatting for hours.
Curragh is a traditional, rural Irish village of 12 house on the West Coast of Ireland, surrounded by Farm land, and close to the sea. As expected with a rural area, the roads are windy and narrow, while the main hub village is a car ride away. Fuchsia House is the perfect place to come to disconnect from a hectic life and to relax and unwind.
