A quiet and just remodeled 60 m2 flat with sleeping accomodation for 3+1 people, on the third floor of a historical terraced house in the very heart of "Borgobello", the liveliest neightbouhood downtown. A few steps and you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the valley from the livingroom and the medieval citywall from the bedroom. Close to the most importan monuments and highlights of the town. The flat is composed of a large and confortable livingroom with sofa-bed and TV, a kitchenette (furnished with cooktop, oven, fridge), dining area with table and chairs. The double room is equiped with a closet and the tiny balcony where you can enjoy your breaksfat or "aperitivo". The view from the unique rooftop single room opens onto the livingroom and up to the sky thanks to a sophisticated shuttered skylight endowed with a remote control. The confortable bathroom with a large shower is next to the double room.
I am a 25-year old Advertising Communication student at "Università per Stranieri di Perugia" and I run the guest house "A prima Vista" with my mother Anna and my brother Simone. We are fluent in Italian, English, French and German. We love our town as we love travelling and we will do our best to make your stay unforgettable.
"Borgo XX Giugno" and "Corso Cavour" are the "Borgobello": a neighbourhood where art and history meet nature (Giardini del Frontone, Botanical garden) and nightlife. The medieval churches (St. Ercolano, St. Domenico, St. Pietro) come along with bars, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, theatres, artcraft-workshops, and so on.. Last but not least the warm atmosphere created by the welcoming people. Main distances from the most important sightseeing highlights (on foot): Giardini del Frontone: 2 min St. Pietro e Orto botanico: 2 min Porta St. Pietro: just next to he house door St. Domenico and Archeological Museum: 2 min St. Ercolano: 5 min City center (Corso Vannucci, Piazza IV Novembre, Palazzo dei Priori, Duomo, Fontana Maggiore, Giardini Carducci ecc..): 10 min. The flat is just conveniently located near the E45 highway so you can easily reach all the typical Umbrian cities and villages (Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, etc..) and Lake Trasimeno. Free parking near "Giardini del Frontone" at 2-minute walk, pay and display parking very close to the flat.
