The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made you feel welcome and made sure all your needs were met. It would have been nice if they had a computer at the hotel were you could access the internet. However there was wireless access and there was an internet cafe a short walk from the hotel so it was not a problem. |

Being near to Termini station meant that it was easy to commute around the city and to the airport. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay at this hotel again without a problem. |

Very good breakfast, service at the front desk, the bar, English speaking staff, nice room and bathroom. In room refrigerator must have turned off with the lights because it only got cold overnight. Otherwise it was warm. Air conditioning must have worked the same way. Also, the direction of air flow was not efficient to get into the sleeping area. |

The suite was fantastic. Another of my party stayed in a standard double room but this was disappointing - I would recomment booking a suite in advance. lack of restaurant facilities - only food available was breakfast. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The location next to the train station was very convienient. The breakfast buffet was good. I would definitely stay here again. |

Staff were wonderful, so helpful and always with a smile especiall Carlo who assisted us with information on Rome and organised forwarding our mobile phone which my son left behind at reception after we'd checed out. We booked 2 rooms for a family of 6 and they were both excellent - children enjoyed the mini bar. Breakfast excellent. If I was to find fault, the only issue would be that staff were perhaps a little too efficient in clearing the breakfast tables when you might not have quite finished. |
