Great location, clean, big room, excellent bathroom, hotel was probably recently overhauled

Very good location within walking distance of all the city attractions,buses, trains, shops. Very good breakfast.

The breakfast was fabulous with fresh fruit, pastries, meats, even champagne. Rooms were spacious. Excellent location, could walk everywhere. It was quiet at night. Staff did well with english and made great suggestions.

The air conditioning was very weak. We did get used to it, as outside was much hotter. We had two rooms, one bath was good size, the other was very small.

A/C not working couldn't sleep of the heat, water in the hall hotel broke for a hall night, no english chanels , rood staff, no room service just a bar that opens from 5 pm.

one morning we had no water due to problem in basement, was solved rather quickly

Staff were all very friendly, the room was very comfortable and well appointed, breakfast was good. Particularly liked the bar area, the barman does a wonderful job with the evening "happy hour" - well worth starting the evening in the hotel bar.

Wireless internet in the rooms would be a huge advantage.

The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was very nice and clean.

The breakfast was not as good as we thought it would be.

Sicuramente la comodità nel raggiungerlo (dalla stazione sono 10 minuti a piedi), la posizione comoda per il centro.

Stanza di dimensioni adeguate con letto estremamente confortevole. La posizione dell'albergo è semplicemente fantastica. Buffet per la colazione soddisfac.ma potrebbe essere più vario

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage in Florenz, sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war dennoch ruhig gelegen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei bis zu 40 Grad Außentemperaturen leise und zuverlässig. Ganz besonders angenehm war für uns die freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiter des Hauses. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ausgezeichnet, es wurden täglich regionaltypische Spezialitäten und frisches aromatisches Obst angeboten.

Nein, wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Bonne situation géographique en ville. Bel hôtel. Il est cependant un peu en train de vieillir.

Un petit coup de neuf, au niveau des moquettes ne serait pas de trop. Le parking nous a été facturé EUR 30.- par jour sans nous avertir. En arrivant on nous a simplement dit de confier les clefs à la reception et de laisser la voiture devant la porte. Internet payant (EUR 15.- pour 24h)dans un hôtel de ce prix n'est pas acceptable.
