Great location. Nice clean room with sound proof windows. Ok hotel for the price.

Beds too hard, and more than well used. Limited selection for breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located in areas most visited by tourits. Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps are short walks away. Relative ease to busses and metro. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. All the facilities of the hotel worked (apart from hot water) and it was clean and well maintained.

There were far too many things which dissapointed me. First, I was told that I only have four hours of internet for my 5 days. Your website does not say it was limited. That is not enough for browzing tourist sites, restaurants, flights and catching up on mail and business back home. You had to run the taps for at least 20 minutes to get some hot water. A minor irritation, but it adds up. I found the front desk staff to be very indifferent to their guests. There was no greeting or welcome on check in or when you came back to your hotel; (not rude) they just seemed to be preoccupied with their other things (the cashier reads the paper, the receptionist is surfing the net). The desk clerk is on the street taking a smoke break. The worst part of my stay at the hotel was the breakfasts. The food was limited in range and of average to poor quality.Tomatoes and cold cuts looked tired and stale so early in the mroning.Everything is self service, so they should at least make sure that the juice machine or the coffee machine has all the ingredients. My biggest gripe is the female waitress in the breakfast room. She never smiled or greeted any guests. ( this is an observation i made for the entire 5 days of my stay). She always appeared angry and like she was been imposed upon by her guests. On one day, at the height of breakfast service, she stepped out for a smoke break, whilst there was a shortage of breakfast items on the buffet. This is not how I want to start my day. I paid a premium rate for a suite as it was my last stop in Italy and had high expectations. I have stayed in magnificent 4 star hotels in Italy on this trip, but Hotel delle Nazioni is not one.

Location - two minutes walk from Trevi Fountain, 30 from Colloseum, 40 from St Peter's Friendly staff (except for cashier) - manager very pleasant, front staff helpful in recommending places to visit

Very uncomfortable beds - I know mattress chiice is personal but I managed about four and a half hours sleep over five nights and had to take pain killers - this is why I don't recommend the hotel Noisy room if in a room overlooking the street (woken at 05:55 by a delivery truck) - tip: ask for a courtyard room.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and is in a terrific location - literally around the corner from the Trevi Fountain - for all the major sites and shopping. It's located in an area that has a huge selection of cafes, bars and trattorias and shops.

Unfortunately, the breakfast is nothing special. Quite limited in fact and the "hot selection" was always lukewarm or cold! Could do way better Im sure with a little review and attention.

The hotel is located in the very heart of Rome (50-70 metres from Trevi Fountain). The personal is very affable, the room is clean. Everything is great.

Location, the staff were informative,helpful. The variety of breakfast food on offer was good. I like tea in the morning, they found me a teapot.

Location of the room at the end of a long coroidor. I was expecting a room with a balcony since I requested it and the hotel was not realy full.

the hotel is the best choise if you want to walk on the old roads of city. The room was warm and very clean. We found hospitality and friendly services. Good breakfast with plenty of choises

Beds too hard. Room too hot, and couldn't seem to turn the heating off. (Could have been our own fault - we didn't ask)

This hotel has a fabulous location close to Trevi Fountain and a taxi rank for access to other locations. Excellent breakfasts.

The room was very dark, some better lighting would have made tis hotel perfect. An electric kettle would have also been good as we were two older women who really missed a cup of tea in the evening.
