On the second floor (also with lift) of a recently built lakefront building, we find one of our best-selling 'Smeraldo' apartments. Entering the Smeraldo flat you are greeted by an entrance hall leading to the sleeping area, which is harmoniously divided into two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms equipped with toppers to ensure your maximum comfort (A topper is an accessory for the bed that adds an extra layer of comfort). Air conditioning in each room adds an extra layer of comfort, elegance and well-being, allowing guests to optimise their sleeping and entertainment environment. The carefully finished bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, washing machine and a spacious shower cubicle for your relaxation. In one of the rooms, you will also find a smart TV.
