We are in an elegant building with a dedicated concierge day and night and private parking, in the heart of Fleming Hill. The apartment is located in the heart of the Fleming district, one of the best-known bourgeois districts in the northern part of the capital. Recently renovated and located inside a condominium with 24/24 hour concierge service, the accommodation also has a private parking space inside the condominium spaces, protected by a barrier during the day and by a gate during the night and is therefore ideal for those who find themselves staying in Rome with their own vehicle. Internally, the apartment has been configured as an articulated open space: from the entrance you enter a living room with a sofa, a pair of armchairs, a TV and a large bookcase, which also includes a dining area with a large wooden table; the living room is very bright due to the presence of several windows opening onto the front terrace. Partially separated from the living room is the modern kitchen equipped with every comfort (coffee machine, sinks, hob, oven, microwave, utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher). A useful work area with two wooden tables and stools communicates with the living room and kitchen. The sleeping area is located beyond the bookcase-wall and has a large and capacious wardrobe and a double bed. The bathroom is modern in style with a comfortable shower cubicle. The apartment is completed by the large terrace overlooking the greenery and the roofs of the Fleming district, with an outdoor table and chairs; here is also the compartment for the washing machine and the gas boiler. The entire apartment and the external areas are for the exclusive use of guests.

My wife Mary and I live in Rome, where I was raised, went to school and eventually studied medicine while cultivating my many other passions: motorbike and bicycle trips, skiing and sailing, books and films, tinkering and gardening. I love travelling and discovering authentic places, meeting the people who live in them and sampling the local cuisine and culture. THE DISTRICT: The apartment is located in the central part of Fleming, a well-known bourgeois district of Rome. The surrounding areas offer all the services intended for a sophisticated clientele: gourmet restaurants, bars and aperitif venues, pastry shops and a vast range of clothing stores. There are also supermarkets (Carrefour, Conad, Pam) and department stores (OVS), all located a short distance from the accommodation. About 200 m from the apartment there is also the famous Grand Hotel Fleming and a rich fruit and vegetable market. For those who do not have a private vehicle with them (the accommodation has a private parking space in the condominium spaces), the district is served by a dense network of buses that connect it with the other residential areas of northern Rome and with the center of the city. In addition to the buses, the Vigna Clara station has recently been activated, reachable on foot, which connects the district to the Rome railway ring and allows you to reach the stations of San Pietro and Trastevere in a few minutes. A little further away is the Tor di Quinto station of the Roma Nord railway (Rome - Viterbo), which connects the Fleming to the Parioli and Flaminio districts with the terminus adjacent to Piazza del Popolo, in the historic centre. The apartment is adjacent to the Salvo d'Acquisto barracks of the Carabinieri, where public competitions are frequently held to enter the Arma. However, to reach the entrance it is necessary to go around the perimeter of the military zone, with a distance of about 2000m on foot or by bus.
