Newly renovated apartment, a stone's throw from the Gazometro of Rome, precisely in the lively Ostiense district. The house is well connected to the center thanks to its proximity to the Garbatella and Piramide metro which in just 2 stops lead to the Colosseum and in 4 to Termini station. The holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of: entrance hall, large triple bedroom, second double bedroom with French bed, living room with equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with large shower, bidet and washing machine. The furnishings and style of the environment, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and central heating will help make your stay in Rome even more comfortable and memorable. Air conditioning available from 21 June to 5 September and the temperature cannot drop below 23 degrees, as per European legislation. The radiators are automatic and are activated from 8 November to 7 April according to municipal and condominium provisions. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift.

In the lively district of Ostiense, with a strong cultural identity made up of a thousand opportunities and attractions to enjoy the nightlife, art, the pleasures of good food, shopping in the markets and the Roma 3 University. The house is well connected to the center thanks to the Garbatella and Piramide metro lines (both 5 minutes on foot from the house). For those who prefer to walk, the Circus Maximus and the Colosseum can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. The Ostiense railway station is 800m away and offers a connection to Fiumicino airport. The area is full of services, for shopping you have the famous Eataly shopping center available and for eating meals away from home, partly by tradition, partly due to the presence of university students (in fact, the University of Rome is located here 3), the choice is wide and tempting. Always on foot you can reach the Basilica of San Polo outside the walls and the lively Testaccio district with its numerous clubs and the nightlife of the discos of Via Libetta.
