GranPanorama Hotel Miramonti has a stunning view on Merano city. The quality of the staff and the food is excellent. I can highly recommendate a diner in the Panorama restuarant! Superb location for a sublime wedding party!

This is a marvelous hotel that we would recommend to others. The setting is spectacular looking down on the valley of Merona. Our chalet peaked room was very nice. The hotel is close to ski gondolas that provide access to marvelous walking. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and beverage and ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay. Staff was very attentive and assisted with problem solving related to rental cars. We plan to return in 2012

The room and balconey was wonderful. You could hang out in comfort which was why we chose this hotel. Breakfasts were great.

Not critical by any means - however the swimming pool is pretty mediocre. We did not use it that much.The dinner menu was good but limited, particularly if you stayed for more than a few days.

We loved the view and the atmosphere. Though only about fifteen minutes from Merano, it's remote enough to make you feel relaxed. The rooms are large, and that makes it popular with families, but my partner and I also found it quite romantic to be perched on a mountaintop watching the clouds roll by. The Miramonte is in the style of a typical European art/design hotel. It makes a refreshing change from the twee style of most alpine "wellness" resorts. We liked the food, too. There's a short but thoughtful wine list in the restaurant, which given the quality, I thought was very reasonably priced.

The restaurant is in great demand--be sure to book a table. We didn't, and missed out. But the fine, obliging staff let us dine on the terrace, with some pasta and a nice bottle of wine, so even second-best was pretty magical!

La sauna e' usufruibile solo nel pomeriggio, perciò nn siamo riusciti ad usarla. Abbiamo tuffo in piscina ma l'acqua era fredda. Munibar senza alimenti.. Forse perché l'hotel stava per chiudere per ferie. Nonostante questi piccoli nei, consiglio il posto vivamente, sia come posizione - solo 16 min da Merano- sia come bellezza della struttura e della vista

La stanza e la posizione

Come già evidenziato nel mio ultimo soggiorno,il servizio a tavola del ristorante è poco organizzato.Mi sono arrivati due piatti diversi rispetto alla comanda,e il servizio è stato svolto da tre persone diverse.

La posizione, il design,la disponibilità del del personale.

Einzigartie Panoramalage, bequem erreichbar mit Auto. Zu empfehlen ist Halbpension mit jeweils exzellentem Essen. Das Hotel charakterisiert sich durch meinen eleganten zeitgemässen Innenausbau. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Größte Pluspunkte des Hotels sind seine Lage ca. 1000 Höhenmeter oberhalb von Meran und der einmalige Panoramablick. Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Hallenbad und Sauna sind schön angelegt und gut gepflegt. Das Frühstücks-Büffet ist reichhaltig. Das Restaurant ist qualitativ wie preislich auf einem sehr hohen Niveau angesiedelt. Wir hatten die Penthouse-Suite gebucht, die wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können.

Die Hotelparkplätze sind äußerst schmal bemessen und dadurch kaum zu benutzen.

Die extrem schöne Lage mit Sicht auf Meran. Die Aussicht beim Nachtessen hinunter auf Meran. Das sehr gute Essen und die grosszügigen Zimmer mit perfekten Matratzen.

Tweede keer dat we in dit hotel een paar dagen zijn geweest. Fantastische locatie, vooral 's avonds vanuit het restaurant is het zicht prachtig! Erg goed restaurant, goede kaart, vriendelijk en zeer correct personeel. Kamers zijn erg groot en netjes. Spa (sauna, zwembad, etc.) is erg mooi. Wandelen in de buurt (Hafling-Avelengo) op 2.000 meter hoogte (met de kabelbaan naar boven). Komen hier nog zeker een keer terug.
