We were greeted at the hotel by lovely staff. We stayed in the family suite with 5 people and enjoyed plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped with fluffy bathtowls and robes.the rooms were luxurious. We had a balcony overlooking Meran and the mountains. It was breathtaking. The buffet breakfast was a large spread and you have a wonderful view from the restaurant. I would love to stay here again and will certainly recommeded it to any of our friends who come to this area. Thank you GranPanorama for a lovely stay.

The Miramonti hotel is a wonderful place to enjoy stunning views and mountain scenery. Also peaceful atmosphere, quiet, cosy and very comfortable rooms. The food both at lunch and dinner were simply excellent and we enjoyed also the very extensive selection of good wines. Indoor swimming pool and spa services very good. All staff most friendly and highly professional in all aspects. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates things described above. The town of Merano was easily reached by car and proved to be a small gem in the mountain valley. Ten points!

Absolute value for money, Staff wonderful, In all a great experience

Excellent for hiking in the mountains. Situated at 1300m.

Restaurant was not what we expected it to be. It was not really up to standard for a gourmet restaurant and lacked some 'ordinary' food (you don't want to have a special dinner every day). We also felt that the lobby/bar/restaurant was lacking at least one staff member, as waiting times were sometimes not acceptable for a 4* hotel.

Amazing view from all rooms! Great food in the restaurant. a must hotel - we loved it!

The Penthouse was great, but we were there with a baby, and the stairs were a bit dangerous (we had to put the cot as a barrier at all times). Not a big deal but if traveling with young children - select another room.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Everything - food, facility, personnel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. The staff was great - Sandro, Slavomira, Julia, Nico. Sorry, if I have forgotten to mention someone. I am the third day in Moscow working, but still cannot fully concentrate on the job.

Everything was fine, Internet and mobile connection in our room was not available, which I did not mind very much - good excuse for not reading e-mails during long-deserved holidays. My child complained heavily though - you may stay in a shabby hotel, but internet connection saves it all.

Ci siamo trovati estremamente bene.Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo,staff cordiale e qualificato.Splendida vista su Merano e sulle montagne circostanti.Camera molto spaziosa e moderna.Ristorante di gran qualità e con splendida vista.Buoni i prezzi dei massaggi e degli extra.Perfetto per weekend romantici di relax.

Onestamente non ho commenti a riguardo da fare.Il ristorante ha prezzi proporzionati al propio valore.

Sicuramente il panorama ma anche la cordialità del personale. Inoltre la pulizia era eccellente.

Badewanne/Dusche ungünstig gelegen (zu wenig Höhe), keine komplette Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit in der Penthouse Suite, Zimmerservice nicht sehr professionell (gewisse Gegenstände wurden nicht ausgewechselt / Zimmer wurde gereinigt, obwohl Vermerk "do not disturb" an Zimmertüre)
