Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen. Jag ringde ner till receptionen och det gick inte mer än 3 minuter så kom någon och hjälpte oss med att öppna flaskan.) Personalen arbetade med ett leende och sen servicevilja mestadels. Detta är otroligt viktigt då man känner sig välkommen och uppskattad som kund. |

Närheten till Termini och därmed kommunikationerna Vårt rum låg i ett annat hus med portlås som vi behövde personalens hjälp för att öppna varje gång vi skulle in. Kändes inte lika kul som att bo i huvudbyggnaden trots att det var ett toppenmodernt och fint rum vi fick. |

breakfast service the rooms were not to a good standard very disappointed there were holes in the celling and the cupboards did not close. There was a stale smell only stayed one night and would not go back or recommend. |

The location of the hotel - just a few paces away from the Central Termini Station and bus stop! (1) The absence of Tea/Coffee making facilities; (2) The room air-conditioning did not work satisfactorily; (3) our rooms were next to a residential complex therefore, very noisy. |

Location. It is just walking distance from Rome Termini (main train and bus station). It has free wireless internet access in the room which is great... The room is very small as compared to the price I paid. There is inadequate space even to put my luggage properly and there is no chair.for the small table in a corner. My room can hear the noises from the operating lifts. The air-con system is faulty but it was not a problem since I can open the window for fresh air. Fortunately I didn't spend too much time in the room... |
