Hotel Santa Maria Novella

駅から近く、電車利用の旅に大変便利。特に水周りがすばらしく、深さがあるバスタブもありお湯の出も良く旅- の疲れを癒してくれます。ダブルベット仕様でしたが、ベットはシングルの固めのベットが２つくっついていま- す。（掛け布団は１枚）普段ダブルベットを使用しない我々でも快適に眠れました。朝食は種類も多く、混雑し- てもきびきび働くスタッフのお陰で、常にテーブルは片付けられ気持ちよくいただけます。機会があれば是非ま- た利用したいホテルです。

作りが複雑で、部屋によってはエレベーターを乗り継ぎ階段を利用して・・・と、急ぎ部屋に戻りたいときは大- 変時間がかかり不便でした。

場所は中央駅から至近で、周囲にレストランもあり非常に便利。部屋も、広場側をリクエストしていたら、その- 通り準備してくれていました。ホテルのスタッフの対応も非常に気持ちのいいもので、快適に滞在できました。- 次回もまた利用したいです。

強いて言えば、ホテルの看板がなくて、見つけにくかったこと。

駅から10分で到着。内装も新しく雰囲気も良い。朝教会の鐘で目覚めるのは最高。

フロントの方々が大変感じよかった。朝食の種類が豊富で生野菜もあった。2間続きの清潔な部屋だった。駅に- も街の中心にも近く便利。ネットはフロントでIDをもらって接続するタイプ。

ホテルに看板などがなく分かりにくい。リビングルームにコネクティングルーム用のドアがありそこから隣室の- 音がまる聞こえだったので、実質ベットルームしか使えなかった。なぜか常に小虫が4、5匹飛んでいた。カー- ドキーではないのでフロントにキーを預けなくてはいけない。

レセプションの方の対応がとても親切で素晴らしく良かった。お勧めのレストランなどもとても良かった。セン- スのよさ、こだわりを随所に感じられるホテルだった。お風呂もとても大きく、水の勢いも良く、とても快適だ- った。どこへ行くにもとても便利な場所。

The situation in a quiet piazza, the views, the quality, the cleanliness, the service, the breakfast, the staff, everything in fact.

What a great location minutes from the Station and main bus depot and very handy for the Pisa Airport transfer. Everything in central Florence is within 15 mins walk from the hotel which looks over a lovely quiet square so no traffic noise.Our room was 601 top floor with a roof terrace and the most spectacular views over Florence and the Tuscan countryside.The room has a large porthole window over the bed which has the best view of the Duomo money can buy - 215 euros per night but worth it and Florece is expensive anyway . We will return

Nice elegant room, firm bed, good view. Very polite staff at reception.Easy to get to from the train.

Loud humming sound which was only noticeable when trying to sleep, even with earplugs on. Expensive.

The location is excellent; a stone throw from the major attractions in Florence. The room I stayed was neutrally decorated, relatively spacious and comfortable. The bathroom, albeit small, had the required facilities for a 4* hotel. Although the surroundings of the hotel are a bit noisy at times, the windows are double glazed and the aircon is pretty good; hence, this was not a problem. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Stayed in the junior suite which is spacious and has a sitting area for just a little extra charge then the standard double room, the hotel is well located, overlooking the santa maria square, and in walking distance to the center and train station. The free internet was also a plus.

Had to use two lifts and go down stairs in order to get to my room with a baby pram which was not so convinient.
