Even the blue-painted doors will help you connect with the waters of the lake, just a few steps away from the balcony, where you can toast at sunset.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment can be reached both by public boat and on foot. Note that if you go on foot, you have to be prepared to walk up and down stony streets, typical of lakeside villages. However, an easy path never takes you to heaven. Deriva Apartment is located less than 100 meters from the Careno pier. From here you can continue your journey between the wonderful locations on the lake by boat, reaching Menaggio, on the western shore, Bellagio, located at the base of the promontory that divides the two branches of the lake, or Cernobbio and its numerous villas.
