This two-storey farmhouse has the typical external stone staircase that leads to the upper floor and its loggia. The upper floor features 3 bedrooms: 2 of them with double bed and en suite bathroom and a family room with a double bedroom linked to a twin sharing a shower room. Each bedroom on this floor is provided with a minibar. Three more double bedrooms are located on the ground level sharing a mutual bathroom and a utility room with laundry facilities. The main door opens on a spacious and welcoming entrance hall with long dining table. Outdoor, guests can enjoy the colourful Tuscan sunsets while dining underneath the pergola or unwind by the large pool, surrounded by a large deck and lawn area, fully equipped with Tiki umbrellas, loungers and gazebos.

Villa La Rugantina, a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse finely restored, lies in the open countryside surrounded by wheat and sunflowers fields. Only 900 m away there is a small countyside hamlet where, in the summer period, you can find a small bar ideal to taste a good coffee, Italian breakfast or an ice-cream. Furthermore, at about 3 km away you can find a small shopping area with a post office, a grocery shop, a laundry, a bar, a stationary shop, a hardware store, a pizzeria, a bakery and a hairstylist.
