Handy location, clean, comfortable, excellent reception desk and very helpful.

Restaurant staff had limited English.

The staff were very helpful in arranging our daily outings for Tuscany, and making recommendations for other places to visit in Italy. Breakfasts were great with lots of great selection of food. Location was wonderful with great views and very relaxing.

Dinner menu while providing good amount of food had little in the way of salads and vegetable selections.

The location was perfect, and the hotel staff was incredible. They went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The only item that I would say needed adjustment was the beds. They were very stiff. I like a firm bed, but these were like sleeping on a box spring.

Horrible food at the restaurant (except for breakfast). This place would need to hire a real chef and diversify its menu.

Cleanliness everywhere, beautiful landscapes

The views of San g were spectacular. Pool area was well equipped and not too busy.

The hotel is located a 20-25 minute walk from San g, which is normally not a problem as there is a courtesy bus which runs hourly. However, the last bus run is 6pm, so if you go out to dinner in San g you are faced with a 25 minute walk - and there aren't always pavements - or paying a €10-15 taxi fare back to the hotel.

As we wanted to explore the Tuscan region we needed a good hotel from where we could start the trips. As we were travelling with the kids it was also good to have a swimming pool to relax and play when we got back from visiting the cities. The rooms were very nice, enough space to stay with 4 persons, clean ect

Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. The food was not excellent but ok.

The staff as a whole was understaffed. Some hotel equipment ( swimming pool chairs, parasols etc) has to be replaced and increased in number.In both rooms we booked the air conditioning was not working upon arrival so we had to move to other rooms. Not really a four (1/2) star hotel.

This was the perfect get away for adults for a couple of days. Staff very helpful with directions and courtesy lift to town (£10 taxi). Beds big and firm, bathroom clean- everywhere clean. Breakfast very good too. No complaints at all quite Wed to sat may change in high season. San Gim must do great for walking round very manageable.

Tv wasn't fixed for Sky although noticed by conserige on arrival. Still no time to watch just addicted to news!!

The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable for a family travelling with kids.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful within constraints mentioned below. Lovely views of San Gimignano and surrounding countryside. WIFI was useful.

Restaurand was closed but a roomservice meal was provided from limited menu. This was a disappointment as the restaurant was a significant item in our original decision to book. As our visit was in the aftermath of a snow storm and there appeared to be only one other room occupied, we did not see the hotel in it's best light.

Dobre położenie hotelu, cudowne widoki i cicha okolica. Wspaniała obsługa, również w języku polskim, co było miłym zaskoczeniem. Bezpłatny internet w pokoju.
