We were very pleased to be given a free upgrade on arrival. Unfortunately we only had one night to enjoy our beautiful room and amazing views of Tuscany. The staff were extremely pleasant at reception and also in the restaurant. We would definitely stay here if we get the chance to travel to Tuscany again in the future.

Horrible food at the restaurant (except for breakfast). This place would need to hire a real chef and diversify its menu.

Cleanliness everywhere, beautiful landscapes

As we wanted to explore the Tuscan region we needed a good hotel from where we could start the trips. As we were travelling with the kids it was also good to have a swimming pool to relax and play when we got back from visiting the cities. The rooms were very nice, enough space to stay with 4 persons, clean ect

La piscine intérieure est payante et réservée à la clientèle qui désire avoir des soins, massage etc...de plus elle est interdite aux enfants!c'est dommage que cela ne soit pas précisė avant car nous aurions choisis un hôtel plus familial. Les salles de bains sont glacées !pas de chauffage au mois de mai même si il fait froid!

San Gimignano'ya gidip kalmak isterseniz ve arabanızı veya motorunuzu rahat bir şekilde park etmek istiyorsanız bu oteli tercih edebilirsiniz. Köye çok yakın. Otelin girişinde rengarenk bir sürü Vespa var. Günlüğü €75 gibi bence çok pahallı bir fiyattan kiralıyorlar, romantik bir gezi için bir günlüğüne düşünülebilir.

Otel odaları bizim sahil şeridindeki 3 yıldız oteller gibi. çOk fazla birşey beklemeyin. Kahvaltı vasatın çok altında.

La posizione è buona per visitare San Gimigliano e le zone circostanti. Inoltre considerando che san gimigliano è dotata esclusivamente di parcheggi a pagamento che costano 2 € l'ora, si può lasciare l'auto al relais e visitare san gimigliano utilizzando la navetta messa a disposizione dall'albergo.

L'albergo è definito 4 stelle ma secondo noi era un 3 stelle. La camera doveva essere una matrimoniale ma era una doppia con letti uniti. Sulla prenotazione c'era scritto che avremmo trovato sky e internet wifi in camera ma non era esattamente così...sky c'era ma la maggior parte dei canali non si vedevano, internet wifi era presente solo nella hall mentre in camera funzionava con il cavo ethernet. Mi chiedo perchè scrivere cose che non corrispondono al vero. Infine per fare colazione bisognava uscire dall'albergo e andare in un altro edificio, un pò scomodo.

after eating dinner at the hotels' restaurant, i got sick. i was feeling very bad for 3 days after. and the meat wasn't good enough to justify the price anyway. my doctor told me it was bad food another thing: there is not a good "vibe" in this hotel.

Struttura e servizi (come il Centro Benessere) ottimi x un po' di relax , posizione ideale per visitare San Gimignano , a 2 minuti dal centro. Camera Junior Suite spettacolare (quella soppalcata) , meglio della Suite che pure mi han dato la possibilità di visionare. Personale della Reception e del Centro Benessere davvero squisito , pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità si dovesse avere. Colazione all'altezza di quanto ci aspettavamo.

Francamente , nel nostro pur breve soggiorno , non ho riscontrato problemi di sorta e lo sceglierò nuovamente se dovessi ricapitare da queste parti.

sehr neues hotel, modern und gut ausgestattet, sehr guter Spa-bereich (etwas klein vielleicht während den stosszeiten) die hotel-MA sind sehr hilfsbereit.
