This peaceful Atahotel is set on the edge of Rome's Villa Pamphili park. It features a seasonal outdoor pool, a traditional restaurant, and classically furnished rooms with 5 hours of free Wi-Fi.

Empty frigobar and noisy engine. Dimensions of room not enough for that price
Lobby furniture not clean Resturant food poor food terriable service
Staff was not friendly, answering shortly. Location. Breafast was soo poor
Proximity to airport and food and service in the restaurant.
The bed was very uncomfortable. They did not use top sheets separately so that when it was too warm for the comforter, you had no sheet. The staff at front desk were not very helpful and the shuttle that is advertised had very limited usefulness. The water took about 15 minutes to warm up. It was our worst hotel experience in our 3 weeks in Italy. It wasn't that bad...it was just that the other hotels were so much better.
shuttle bus into city shuttle bus to airport great breakfast
Good hotel, nice breakfast and a great swimming pool. Around 20 min walking from the nearest train station.
Area around the hotel is not atractive.
Staff were very helpful, needs were excellent. About a 20 Euro taxi ride from the city centre, also a shuttle bus available for 10 Euros each way. Pool side restaurant was lovely
Unexplainable noises above our room (4112) which started at about 7am until 830. Like a very loud heavy squeaky door and trolleys running across a tiles floor. For a Sheraton the breakfast was disappointing with no cooking station and limited hot foods (no tomatoes; mushrooms or hash browns and only scrambled eggs available).
Nice big rooms, comfortable beds, nice little executive lounge, although a beer would have been a nice offer and their food/ snacks in exec lounge very minimal. Lovely huge pool area and although a little way out of rome, is worth the travel, shuttle bus at hotel...nice to get back after really hot city walks!
Dreadful breakfasts...although vast buffet style, anything that was not 'sweet' was cold & terrible. Asked to pay for fried eggs...and.. Reused boiled eggs from some previous days... All blue & smelly inside! Staff have been there forever and as expected after 25+ years have become ho hum & so extremely slow! The hotel needs a big revamp as still in the 70's. Drinks don't need to be that expensive!
Pool was Good. Reservation Office clercks were helpfull. Hsk staff was friendly.
Our Check in took 20 mins. The clerck seeked for "k" On Keyboard about 30 sec. Hotel is old but Clean. Breakfast was disaster. They changed THE service standard Of continental breakfast. They offer bread buffet as continental breakfast. Also the normal breakfast buffet was really poor. The shower header was big but water was really weak. Hard to take shower. Also, İt was hard adjust temperature of the water. Staff was not interested and giving short answers. If you dont know the city, dont Count On Staff for info. Minibar is Empty. The Taxi drivers are really giving stress in the city. But still I dont Recommend Car rental.
The assistance of Miss Alessia Conte who was very cooperative and polite in her management.
The hotel did not trust Arabic guests and they immediately block thier visa for the fee of whole stay. Some persons in the front desk are not reliable in thier informations they provide especially those related to mony and obviously with Arabic guests.
Clean, spacious hotel, good facilities Near to train stations (though one is not walkable from the hotel due to lack of pavement alongside major road)
Pool off-limits during first day of stay Food over-priced Daily charge for Wi-Fi
Every thing good Better breakfast may be.
i really liked it. i have never seen a hotel like it before.
everything was awesome.nothing bad
I choose that hotel for its pool. I need few relaxing days before the conference. But I cant use the pool on sunday since the hotel reserved it for a private organization (party). I asked money to give me a seat. I cant sleep that day bec of loud music!
The pool area is nice.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Next metro station EUR Magliana is far away and the walk is dangerous due to small sidwalk.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. It is exactly what you would expect from a well-known chain of hotels - no surprises!
pool hours too short (10am-7pm) and not much within walking distance - which means you are largely reliant on hotel for meals, shuttle bus, etc.
Good rooms and excellent breakfast.
Except few, staff at the restaurant should come down from the pedestals. Price for an hamburger, one spaghetti and two sprites quite high.
Hotel is near the metro stop, very clean and great pool.
Very expensive food/drink, staff were friendly but a bit clueless at times when asked anything.
1hamburg,1rigatoni matriciana, 2 sprite Euro 47.00 at the bar. $61.00.
Room and staff good. Location for me was good but may not be for a tourist visiting Rome for the first time. Food quality and variety in breakfast and restaurant was good. Executive lounge and its terrace is pleasant and well looked after.
Air conditioning in public areas was too cold. It sometimes put me off sitting in the restaurant area. One expects more variety of snacks in executive lounge. maybe some sandwiches or canapees.
My newly renovated Club Room on floor 5 was a pleasant surprise... - the dark colors in the room looked very posh, very comfy bed, complimentary WIFI in the room! Since i booked a Club Room, i also had access to the Club Lounge on floor 6... - offerings are: daily small breakfast buffet, drinks and snacks all day long (but not such a wide choice!), evening cocktails with small bites to eat! excellent Bus connections by public bus into the city of Rome and also coming back, a much better choice compared to the Hotel shuttle charging 6EUR per person one-way!
Prices at the Sheraton Roma Hotel for food and beverage in the restaurants are JUST UNBELIEVABLE - and due to that i skipped having any kinda food in any of the outlets! REALLY, why does that hotel have to charge prices worse than any of the real 5*****-Hotels in downtown Rome??? due to the size of the hotel, you feel far more like in a busy Youth Hostel than in a pleasant hotel!
The swimming pool and facilities
Fortunately on the day we where due to leave the pool area was being closed off for private function, we did not see this displayed until very late on, I hope that if I had booked out these dates then the pool closure would have been communicated as this was a main deciding factor for choosing this hotel
Some of the staff was really great and helpful. They made the stay easy.
Like most Sheratons, a bit outdated and old fashioned.
Very nice Swimming pool, Club Lounge, Nice Club Room, Good air-condition, Fast Wifi
Price, Distance to city centre,
bugs and musquitos
