Hotel Sisto V is across from Gemelli Train Station near the Policlinico Gemelli hospital. The Olimpico Stadium and the Vatican City are within easy reach of the hotel.

This peaceful Atahotel is set on the edge of Rome's Villa Pamphili park. It features a seasonal outdoor pool, a traditional restaurant, and classically furnished rooms with 5 hours of free Wi-Fi.
Score from 797 reviews Good
Cardinal Hotel St. Peter is one mile from the Vatican, and offers views of Saint Peter's Basilica from most rooms and its summer panoramic terrace with hot tubs.

i really liked it. i have never seen a hotel like it before.
everything was awesome.nothing bad
I choose that hotel for its pool. I need few relaxing days before the conference. But I cant use the pool on sunday since the hotel reserved it for a private organization (party). I asked money to give me a seat. I cant sleep that day bec of loud music!
The pool area is nice.
The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Next metro station EUR Magliana is far away and the walk is dangerous due to small sidwalk.
Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. It is exactly what you would expect from a well-known chain of hotels - no surprises!
pool hours too short (10am-7pm) and not much within walking distance - which means you are largely reliant on hotel for meals, shuttle bus, etc.
Good rooms and excellent breakfast.
Except few, staff at the restaurant should come down from the pedestals. Price for an hamburger, one spaghetti and two sprites quite high.
Hotel is near the metro stop, very clean and great pool.
Very expensive food/drink, staff were friendly but a bit clueless at times when asked anything.
1hamburg,1rigatoni matriciana, 2 sprite Euro 47.00 at the bar. $61.00.
Room and staff good. Location for me was good but may not be for a tourist visiting Rome for the first time. Food quality and variety in breakfast and restaurant was good. Executive lounge and its terrace is pleasant and well looked after.
Air conditioning in public areas was too cold. It sometimes put me off sitting in the restaurant area. One expects more variety of snacks in executive lounge. maybe some sandwiches or canapees.
My newly renovated Club Room on floor 5 was a pleasant surprise... - the dark colors in the room looked very posh, very comfy bed, complimentary WIFI in the room! Since i booked a Club Room, i also had access to the Club Lounge on floor 6... - offerings are: daily small breakfast buffet, drinks and snacks all day long (but not such a wide choice!), evening cocktails with small bites to eat! excellent Bus connections by public bus into the city of Rome and also coming back, a much better choice compared to the Hotel shuttle charging 6EUR per person one-way!
Prices at the Sheraton Roma Hotel for food and beverage in the restaurants are JUST UNBELIEVABLE - and due to that i skipped having any kinda food in any of the outlets! REALLY, why does that hotel have to charge prices worse than any of the real 5*****-Hotels in downtown Rome??? due to the size of the hotel, you feel far more like in a busy Youth Hostel than in a pleasant hotel!
The swimming pool and facilities
Fortunately on the day we where due to leave the pool area was being closed off for private function, we did not see this displayed until very late on, I hope that if I had booked out these dates then the pool closure would have been communicated as this was a main deciding factor for choosing this hotel
Some of the staff was really great and helpful. They made the stay easy.
Like most Sheratons, a bit outdated and old fashioned.
Very nice Swimming pool, Club Lounge, Nice Club Room, Good air-condition, Fast Wifi
Price, Distance to city centre,
bugs and musquitos
Old rooms - same age like the hotel - 30...needs faster reinovation !
Clean rooms. Excellent pool area. Helpful staff. Choice of breakfast foods. Shuttle bus.
Drink price. 14 euro for vodka and tonic ! No Wifi in rooms. No tea and coffee facility in rooms.
I did not like it. The room was desastrous and a beer costs 8 euros.
Not enough staff on the reception desk..... always long queues even if you only wanted a quick question answered. Was a club guest and thought the bedroom was very old fashoned
Nice, well-trained staff At least have shuttle buses to the airport and to the city center.
Too far away from the city Shuttle bus and wifi in the room - at additional charge (rather expensive!) Bad food in the restaurant We booked a room for our honeymoon - no compliments, plus all the flaws described above. Really disappointed by this Sheraton.
Breakfast and dinner at hotel restaurant are good.
Shuttle service to city center is quite expensive.
No tea and coffee in room. Club rooms small. Airconditioning did not work 30 minutes shuttle bus with infrequent times from the city Centre
Wifi is not available in the room Personal Strike Room dirty
Room, view to the pool
Metro station is 700m away but the road is dangerous because it's a highway inbetween! Breakfast was outrageously expensive! One bootle of water (1 liter) at the bar costs 5 Euro !!! Hotel shuttle was very expensive (10 Euros)
Very well trained personnel + perfect location (in case if You just overnight there before taking off from fco airport)
Very outdated hotel with no renovation. Poor rooms, dirty floor, ugly bathroom ... don't ask me about the restaurant. You have to pay for everything: wifi (free in lobby only, eur5 per hour !!! in the room ), parking (eur23 per night !!!). yes, Sheraton is the name, but this one should be renamed
Airport shuttle not frequent enough Far from any historical sites. Pay parking - not in an area where you expect to pay.
The staff at bar and restaurant
Reception staff appalling . Room grubby shoddy way over priced food and drinks
