The villa is in a village surrounded by greenery, developed on the side of a hill, arranged amphitheater, perfectly placed in the environment of the Mediterranean of the Conero with characteristic Mediterranean-style houses, white houses typical of the Riviera del Conero. The villa has been designed trying to give prominence to the external spaces, in fact it has a beautiful garden and a large porch. The view is the enchanting one of the sea, awarded with the Blue Flag, the quality recognition for beauty and eco-sustainability. The beautiful La Costarella (4 km) and the Bonarelli family of Collonna (3.9 km) are attractive tourist destinations to visit in the region. Picturesque cities such as Ancona (21 km) and Macerata (40 km) are a short drive away. You can also enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurants (0.3 km), and shop in the supermarkets, 1 km away. The nearest airport is Marche Airport, which is 31 km from the villa. There is free public transport to the beach by bus. Guests have free access to an umbrella and two sunbeds on the private beach.
