Welcome to our beautiful house in Mugello Valley. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts. Portion of a stone farmhouse (1870), furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. Thanks to its hilly position, the house enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of the Mugello valley, an ideal area for various sport activities such as trekking, biking, but also full of historical, cultural and artistic sites. In about 15 minutes you can reach the International Grand Prix "Moto GP" track. Art cities such as Florence, Pisa, and Siena can be easily reached by car or train. The train station is a 5-minute drive away. In 35 minutes the train takes you to the beautiful art city of Florence. While a few kilometers from the property is the A1 motorway from where you can take day trips to the various Tuscan art cities. The large living area with fireplace makes the environment welcoming and suitable for large families or many couples. On the same floor are the 3 bedrooms with double beds, the study area with a double sofa bed, a wall-mounted "Bachman" piano and a desk. The master bedroom with private bathroom overlooks the garden with a panoramic view of the mountains that bring you to Florence. From the window of the second bedroom you can see the trees of the park below the house and from the small attic of the third bedroom opens the foreshortening on the hills where the house of the historical painter "Giotto" is located. The house is surrounded by a garden with a barbecue area, a wood-burning oven and a gazebo where you can eat outside. A large wooden staircase leads to the pool area from where you can also take pleasant walks reaching the property's woods where a private truffle garden has been started. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
