Villa Il Barattino is an incredible 6-bedroom/ 7-bathroom property, located in the valley just 11 km away from the Etruscan hill town of Cortona. The villa is composed of two independent buildings, rented together, and both lovingly restored. The main house, closest to the garden and swimming pool, has two floors. The ground floor has a large and well lit living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This is the main kitchen for the entire property. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs on the first floor you will find another living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom with bathroom and shower, and a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double, and another bathroom with shower. The second building is slightly smaller than the main one. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with independent entrances. One of these rooms is a double while the other is a twin with two single beds that can be joined. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. On the first floor, there is a living room with fireplace, a kitchen and another double bedroom with bathroom. There is a lot of outdoor space, where you can relax in the garden, take a walk in the surrounding area or enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. There are two gazebos and a pergola, as well as a BBQ and a wood oven. The garden is weekly looked after by the maintenance worker. Guests can access the private car park and both Villas and the garden will be for their exclusive use. All costs of electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning and final cleaning are included in the price!
