beach parking was full, we had to drive to a nearby public parking and walk to the hotel / room was not ready when we got there (only 40 minutes after was it ready). Bathroom was dirty and we had to ask twice for it to be cleaned / Shower with strange design that wets the whole bathroom / thin and old towels / Staff not friendly (kind of cocky) / Lugagge took so long to go to the room that we decided to pick them by ourselves |

I like to go beach. Room service is fine. The prices may be a little bit cheap for room service and breakfast. Negative: Pool water is salty and hot. Positive: Beach is the only private beach in Monte-Carlo. Positive: Good deal of money for Monte-Carlo. Positive: Place of the hotel is quite nice. |

The location, the environment, the gym, the view and proximity to the center of Monaco Vastly overpriced, both room and food. Just to get someone to bring anything to the room, such as a empty water flask, they charge for. Staff at check in was most unhelpful and unfriendly, most of the time we had neighbours that had screaming kids, a concert took place most nights until the early hours right next to the hotel, airconditioning is poor, when leaving it on and then wish to sit on the balcony, the heat exchanger blows the hot air onto you. The bathroom door scraped on the floor, and the wardrobe light did not work, even after having them fixed. |

Excect the sea view from the room where I stayed, I dont know what should I write more. Yep. When I wanted to take a shower, the hand shower was kind of¨"OUT of order", something rare for a high class hotel. I couldnt get connected through internet, when asked for help, I didnt get any, yet they charged me for the telephone line. |

The customer service was very good as we were not happy with the renovation works being carried out. The drilling on the beach and the fact none of the facilities were available as advertised for your hotel. Ordered room service was given a very cold club sandwich at the cost of 25euros which was very bland with a couple of crisps on the side. |

Hotel staff very friendly, very nice room, great view of the sea, good location, has it's own private beach area, great out door seating area. For the price I feel a continental breakfast should have been included with your room. If you decided to order the breakfast it was over priced, 33 euros or about 40 or so US dollars; crazy for breakfast. |
