I have the low grade due to only one employee on duty. As we entered the lobby to check in, the only employee was loading a ban to transport people. We went in and sat and listed to the staff phone ring off the hook for over half an hour. Staff member was nice when she got there so this is not on her. Management need to better staff hotel and not have one employee run it. Can’t even imagine if their was an emergency with no one on premises
