This three bedroom, three and a half bathroom penthouse is an amazing choice when searching for rentals in Playa del Carmen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, the dining room table seats 8 with additional seating at the granite breakfast bar. The living room is comfortable and leads to an incredible outdoor terrace, with outdoor couch, lounge chairs, and a private pool. Enjoy partial ocean views from Terrazas Penthouse! All three bedrooms offer private bathrooms, the master with a king size bed and direct access to the terrace. One guest bedroom features a double bed; the second has two twin beds. Common areas at the Terrazas building offer a large swimming pool, lounge chairs and stunning views of the Caribbean. There is 24 hour security and a gym onsite. Plan your next vacation at Terrazas Penthouse! **Please note that the cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.** For stays of 28 nights or more the Security Deposit is: 900 USD.
