A stylish and comfortable newly constructed townhome with a private BBQ patio. - Located inside the beautiful new residential development with 24/7 security - Gorgeous swimming pool, kids’ playground, BBQ onsite, 2 private parking spots - 15-min drive to downtown La Paz & the Malecón, a 25-min drive to El Coromuel Beach - Near restaurants/bars, grocery stores like Walmart, Chedraui & Liverpool shopping mall - Fiber optic 30 Mbps, washer & dryer in the home There is currently construction taking place in front of the house for the next 6-8 months, so the noise generated by said construction is from 7:30 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. Please note guests must climb stairs to access the bedrooms upstairs. Per the HOA bylaws, noise of any kind is strictly forbidden after 9 pm, and no pets are allowed on the property. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a fifty six USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
