Your own slice of Playa paradise awaits at this chic, second-floor condo in the Urban Towers building. It’s straight down Calle 38 Nte. a little over a half-mile to the beach, but make sure to stop along the way at pedestrian hotspot 5 Av. Nte. for shopping, restaurants, bars, and fantastic people-watching. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar). On-site amenities at the condo include both a rooftop pool and courtyard pool. At home, start the day with coffee on your balcony, overlooking Playa’s rooftops. Inside you’ll find a sleek, modern, light-filled space, combining the kitchen and living room. Try your hand at tacos or tostadas in the full kitchen, then taste-test your creations at the breakfast bar. Spend the day on the beach, swimming in cenotes, or touring the beach bars before heading home to relax. Watch a little TV; toss the day’s beach clothes in the washer/dryer; and step out for a night on the town.
