It had a great view, it was a big room, good water flow in the shower, the breakfast was ok, the air cond was cool, i like the complmentary bottled water in the room. There were water stains at the window the hotel should look into cleaning. The TV channel was a bit limited. One channel seems to go fuzzy and buzz every few seconds intimitently ( sounds like a taxi radio frequency cutting thru ) and the safe was locked by the previous guests staying there, the parking could be improved as it was a bit creepy if you are alone |

Its location close to the sea and the heritage area. Reception staff was kind of reluctant to help/advice. |

People at the reception are not that helpful, also, taxis near the hotel are so expensive and never use the meter |

Location of hotel to getting around city very good. Also, when we checked in and shown our room we found the noise level in the next room bothersome. Right away our complaint was recognized and we were transferred to a quiet room. for the price, a good value |

Service des Concierge war vorbildlich und sehr gut (Buchung von Busfahrten, Taxi). Thai/Massage im Hotel war guenstig und gut. Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, so dass es im Zimmer wegen des Strassenlaerms sehr laut ist. Das Fruehstueck koennte qualitativ besser sein. |

De locatie We kregen een kamer toegewezen terwijl er al iemand inzat. Toen kregen we een ander kamer dat voor rokers bestemd was alhoewel ik aangaf hier niet tegen te kunnen en hoofdpijn te krijgen van de stank gaven ze aan dat er niks anders was en dat ik het er maar mee moest doen omdat ik dit ook zelf had opgegeven? Tevens vond ik het jammer dat we er geen dvd speler konden huren. |

受付 チェックアウト 共にスムーズでよかった。街と海の景色もみえよかった。RM185と同等のサービスが受けられたと思う。 マッサージやジャグジーなど、一部 使用できない施設サービスがあったが現地に行くまで わからなかった。不親切だと感じた。 |
