Mycket centralt läge, Bra standard för ett centralt beläget klass-2 hotell i Amsterdam. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost för att vara "standard" Dutch frukost. Fungerade utmärkt med en 12-åring.Totalt så är vi mycket nöjda. |

Mycket bra stämning på hotellet, serviceminded personal, badrummen jätterena, Råkade ha ett krulligt hår i handduken och det var lite ofräscht. |

Jättebra läge runt hörnan från Leidseplein (typ stans Stureplan) med spårvagnar eller gångavstånd till det mesta. Egen nyckel så man kommer in när hotellets dörrar har stängt, så man kan komma och gå som man vill. Trevlig personal och mysigt inrett rum. Skönt med inkluderad frukost och stadsskatt, dessutom har de en dator om man vill kolla internet. De branta holländska trapporna är ansträngande!! Hade jag en större väska hade jag knaoot tagit mig upp för mina 3 trappor (det fanns fler).. Sen är jag allergiker, och det bor en katt på hotellet.. Funkade eftersom jag bara stannade en natt men om flera nätter så hade jag mått jättedåligt. |

Hotell med bra läge i Amsterdam. Trevlig personal Mycket litet rum. Räcker dock om man bara är ute efter att sova där. Störande ljud från ett antal klubbar/pubar på motsatta sidan av gatan. Passar EJ för äldre! Mycket branta trappor! |

Near the center, very friendly personal, clean room facilities rather old, tinest walls - you can hear everything outside your room, reception doesn't work 24-hours a day and closed from 22.00 to 7.00. There was a problem with locking room in the nignt and nobobdy in hotel who can help |

The staff were excellent - helpful, friendly, approachable and welcoming. The hotel was maintained beautifully, looked great and was very comfortable. I had a single room which was charming. The breakfast was filling and very nice. The hotel itself it was excellent - but there were building works right next door which started at 7am (October 2008). This was inconvenient and may not have been a problem for all rooms, but it was annoying. I'd check to see if they have finished, and if not, ask for a room overlooking the street rather than at the back of the hotel. |

I really liked the hotel. It was small but cute. The location is good too. It is very closed to the city center, closed to the tram/bus stations. The shopping street is very closed. The staff was very warm. I liked the hotel very much My room did not have a douche and a toilet. I recommend you to have a room with toilet. The toilet was very small, I could not fit into it (imagine). The douche door is problematic. I got locked when I was inside alone. |

the location of the hotel was in the center of amsterdam, great location. it was 2 mins walk from leidspline area and close to tram stops and easily reached by all kinds of public transportation. there are lots of cafe and resturants arouind you and it is 5 mins walk from rijks and van goh musem its excellent hotel! the staff was extremly friendly and nice to all residents, the break fast was good well, i booked a room with shared toilet and shower which was not comfortable lil bit, but thats what i booked. in all the hotel is really worth the money i paid. |

An excellent location for exploring the city. A great experience to stay in an old canal house rather than a modern hotel. Very helpful staff and a very good breakfast. The only negative comment was poor lighting in the room, difficult to read and write after dark. |

The owners are very nice people. They have nice touches like free computer to use. Pay snacks are available around the clock. Free coffee and tea around the clock. Heineken in the drinks machine. |

A very warm welcome and friendly efficient staff. Hotel clean and well kept. Good breakfast. Comfy room if a little small but had everything needed. Nice touch was coffee and tea available in the hall for you to help yourself. I had a room at the back so noise was not a problem but there is building work nearby but the hotel can not do anything about that. Stairs very steep but there are hand rails to hold on to so they were ok. |
