La colazione è stata sensazionale, il personale disponibile e qualificato. Le coperte estremamente calde. Nel bagno della camera dell'hotel mancava solo una cosa: lo spazzolino per il wc. In un hotel di lusso così non dovrebbe mancare. |

La camera spaziosa La tariffa della camera prevedeva il pagamento all'arrivo in hotel invece l'addebito totale è stato fatto al momento della prenotazione. Segnalato il problema a booking, l'hotel pur riconoscendo l'errore non ha nemmeno presentato le scuse. Ci hanno chiesto all'arrivo un'altra carta di credito a garanzia per i servizi opzionando immediatamente una piccola somma e nonostante ciò hanno lasciato il minibar bloccato. La TV nella camera era difettosa e pur avendolo segnalato ci sono voluti 2 giorni per sistemarla. La camera e il bagno erano piuttosto vecchi. Complessivamente una pessima esperienza. |

The staff were very helpful and polite. I was also able to check in well before the official check-in time of 1400h. The lack of certain amenities, like slippers in the room, vanity kits, shower caps and toothbrush etc... Also, I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay a deposit for borrowing an umbrella on a rainy day. |

The staff especially those on reception, very helpful we arrived at 10am and asked if we could leave the luggage until 2pm to check in and they let us have the rooms straight away. The mini bar was too expensive, and would have liked a safe in the room, also the internet connection is too costly. |

First of all is very well located...Just a few minutes away from the train station, and very close to the shopping area. We also found our room excellent, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a short stay but worthwile. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. |

The most outstanding aspect of our stay at the Rotterdam Hilton was the assistance they provided to us in checking out andhelping us with our luggage to the railroad station, not just to the station but, putting our luggage on the train. It was truly an exit to remember and decide on a return visit. |

After I complained about a smoky room next to a very noisy elevator shaft, I was moved to a quieter, cleaner room. Being placed in a smoking room next to a very noisy elevator shaft. Price was very high (175 euros per night). No breakfast included in the price. |

Excellent staff, large comfortable room, exciting view on city centre. Very good breakfast: rich and various. Internet is very expensive: 10 EUR per hour. Would be better to establish free WIFI or lan access, included in the room rate. |
