Any guest, who, in our opinion, compromises the comfort, safety and security of other guests, staff or residents will be asked to leave the hostel premises and will not be offered a refund. If you are an international traveller, we may inform Immigration New Zealand about any misbehaviour standing in conflict with your visa conditions. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents and property. In case of groups, the group leaders must ensure that all members of their group behave in an acceptable manner. Failure of any individual group member to do so may result in the eviction of the whole group. Any behaviour qualifying as an infringement, offence or crime will be reported to the police without exception. Guests are to reimburse us for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviour during their stay.

SECURITY NOTICE

Please secure your belongings at all times. Please don’t leave any valuables unattended. The hostel is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Please take all your property with you when you check out. This includes any items in the bathroom, fridge, pantry etc, as well. Please don’t leave any items under the bed either. The hostel is not responsible if any such items are lost, stolen or damaged. We also reserve the right to dispose of any items that don’t belong on our premises.

GUIDELINES FOR ALL GUESTS

As this is a shared facility, guests are advised to follow some basic guidelines to show respect and consideration for one another. That would allow us to maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for everyone while conserving energy and water. Thanks very much for your cooperation.

Sleeping Area

• Keep your sleeping area clean and tidy

• Please don’t leave any unnecessary items on the floor

• Keep the space around your bed clean and clear of any rubbish

Kitchen

• Please clean up properly after cooking and eating

• Wipe up any spills and clean the benchtops

• Clean the stove, microwave and oven after you’ve used them

• Please wash your dishes promptly (please don’t leave any dirty dishes/utensils in the sink)

• Turn off any taps when you’re not using them

Shower Room

• Please clean the shower area after use

• Turn off any taps if you’re not using them

• Please turn off the light when you exit the bathroom

Toilet

• Please flush the toilet properly after use

• Please wipe down the seat and bowl for the next user

• Please turn off the light when you exit the toilet

Common Sitting Areas

• Please don’t leave any dirty dishes/utensils in these areas

• Please put away/recycle any empty cans, bottles, boxes etc after use

• Please keep these areas immaculately clean for other users

HOSTEL ETIQUETTE

• Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am

• Please use earplugs while watching videos, listening to music etc in shared areas

• Please refrain from using speakerphones

• No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the hostel

• No visitors are allowed inside the dormitory

• Please be considerate to other guests when using shared items (utensils etc)

• Please be considerate to other guests when using shared facilities (shower room etc)

• Please promptly dispose of any expired food items

• Please keep the front door closed during the day

• Please keep the front door/ranch slider locked at night

• Doors should be closed gently at all times.

Kinakailangang magpakita ang mga bisita ng photo identification at credit card sa pag-check in. Mangyaring tandaan na lahat ng Special Request ay batay sa availability at maaaring may karagdagang bayad.

Mangyaring ipagbigay-alam sa Bush , birds and relaxing moments nang maaga ang iyong inaasahang oras ng pagdating. Maaari mong gamitin ang Special Request box habang nagbu-book, o makipag-ugnayan mismo sa property gamit ang mga detalyeng makikita sa confirmation mo.

Hindi pinapayagan ng property na 'to ang bachelor at bachelorette parties at kahit anong katulad nito.

Ang mga oras na tahimik ay sa pagitan ng 21:00:00 at 07:00:00.

Puwede lang mag-check in ang mga guest na wala pang 18 taong gulang kapag may kasamang magulang o official guardian.

Sakaling may masira ka sa accommodation sa panahon ng stay mo, puwede kang pagbayarin nang hanggang NZD 350 pagkatapos ng check-out, ayon sa Damage Policy ng accommodation na ito.
