Enjoy this relaxed and comfortable beach base for a refreshing getaway! This 2 bedroom home offers bright and cosy open plan living with all the basics on hand for cruisy summer stays. This fully fenced section is perfect for the kids to run around while you soak up the sun on the patio - A BBQ is on had for classic kiwi summer meals. When your not onsite enjoying this lovely sunny positions, head down to the harbour and spend the day in the sun, sand and surf. Or jump in the car and head to one of the many surrounding Coromandel beaches for more stunning scenery - Hahei, Waihi and Hot Water Beach are all within an hours drive. Everything you need for a home away from home is on hand at Whangamata Wonder! Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Abel Tasman National Park is the smallest National Park in New Zealand, but it is one of the most scenic. Abel Tasman boasts pristine white sandy beaches, tranquil estuaries and wonderful forested headlands. The Coastal Track is world famous, and visitors can choose to explore it on their own, or with a guide. Other ways to explore the coastline include sea kayaking, yacht, or water taxis. At the southern entrance to Abel Tasman National Park there is fantastic opportunity for visitors to swim with seals.
