The apartment has been fully renovated with high quality materials – the only thing remaining form the 70s is a beautifuly renewed parquet in the rooms. The kitchen is equiped in everything that ensures you can prepare your own meals (oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher etc.). In the bathroom there is a washing machine installed which favours longer stays at our facility. There is a TV witch standar channels avaiable and free access to Wi-Fi at your disposal. The design of the apartment is spimple but tasteful and cosy. The walls are decorated with modern art and copies of paintings by old masters.

Hearty welcome to all our guests. During my own travels I've been a vistitor to many different apartments and I've always observed them quit carfully, so while prepering the facility I had the question „Would I like it here?” in the back of my head at all times. I am interested in art, music (form jazz to heavy metal through every color of alternative music) and cusine. I am more than willing to help you find interesting concerts or exhibitions during your time in Poznań, I can also advise you where to eat.

Facility is situated in one of the calmest parts of Poznań – Old Grunwald. It is not a place for people who come here to „party”. Localization offers fast and easy communication with the most importat places in Poznań and the city center. In only 15 minutes you could be at the Old Market, the National Museum of Art, the main train station or the airport. A bit further (about 30minutes) there is Ostrów Tumski with the Cathedral and of course many famous pubs and restaurants. Also Malta with kayaking race track. In the neighbourhood of our apartment there are also many places worth visiting. You can walk to the Arena – a multiarena, the INEA stadium, Citi Park which offers a great deal of amazing restaurants, and of course famous winery 'Pod Czarnym Kotem”
