Meget lækkert hotel i den høje ende af de 4-stjerne. Meget lækkert med spa og pool. En lille hotel båd der sejlede ind til slottet hver time var en utrolig lækker service. Restauranten var skuffende. Den forsøgte at være gourmet, men det blev lidt for fint uden at maden var derefter. |

Hotellets ansatte var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelserne var store og komfortable - specielt til prisen. Faciliteterne er helt i top med sauna, pool, dampbad etc. Placering i forhold til Krakow er ligeledes ganske udemærket. Hotellets morgenbuffet er rigtig god og deres mad er generelt lækker. |

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and excellent breakfast. The parking garage was very nice and at a good price. Close enough to the city center to walk. Nice pool, spa and fittness room. |

fin beliggenhed, imponerende udsigt over krakows skyline, venlig og professionel betjening, flot og smagfuld indretning. Der mangler lys over den pult hvor man normalt pakker sin kuffert ud, det er meget mørkt på dette sted og næsten umuligt at se hvad man "roder" efter nede i kufferten. |

Vi var 6. pr. som rejste sammen ,alle havde en god tur .,alt gik bare efter bogen ,så mange tak for en god tur . Måske at man kan få vækslet penge på hotelet |

Excellent hotel. Staff exceeded the call of duty in their assistance on our early arrival to have access to our room. I thank the reception staff for their help (and coffee) and of course to the housekeeper. Restaurant service and food could not be faulted. Smoking in bar and in designated area in restaurant. No tea/coffee making facility in room. |

i recently stayed at the hotel with 5 others, and enjoyed the hotel immensely.the hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean and staff were friendly and helpful.the pool and jacuzzi were fab and i would definately stay again!!breakfast in the mornings are good with a good selection and variety to chose from, you wont leave hungry!great hotel. i had booked the shuttle bus to collect us but for whatever reason it didnt arrive! i had to ring the hotel to get it sent out to collect us which was done promptly!service in the hotel restaurant is slow but this is the "norm" in polish restaurants everywhere!other than that i cant complain about anything! |

The restaurant was excellent! The food was incredible! The food made the stay well worth it. The front desk staff were pretty rude, but on check out there was a guy named Jacob that was really nice & helpful - would have been nice to meet him earlier. Beds were very uncomfortable - very hard and thin mattresses. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable and fully equipped (maybe not enough English language channels) and the location on the banks of the River Vistula permitted pleasant riverside strolls to the Wawel Castle. Excellent gym & pool which we didn't manage to use, sadly. Breakfast buffet was varied with reasonable quality of food and very prompt service in clearing away finished plates etc. I would happily saty there again. |

Very comfortable room, incredibly quiet. Modern and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was amazing. Only a short walk away from some lovely eating places in the lovely Jewish area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. This hotel caters a lot for large conferences and business purposes. The reception seating area was entirely done away with to cater for a registration process for several conferences the weekend we stayed where they had business tea/coffee and food set up, not really a problem though. Breakfast was incredibly busy the following 2 mornings. Also smoking isn't banned in Poland's hotels and public areas, and smoking in the hotel wasn't really pleasant. |

I loved the convenience of the hotel to the main square. Really enjoyed our stay there. Staff were excellent and friendly. Really nice to have a pool and a gym there too. Overall it was a great experience There were two spiders in my room -I hate spiders!! |
