Very good location and we felt very safe, car related that is. The system gor entering the facilities are very good, like a five star hotel.

The facilities including washer dryer , pool and outdoor setups were plentiful and well maintained. Bedrooms were great. If it were my place I would not have two sets of bunks in two rooms. I think it invites overcrowding the living space. It was perfect space for the six of us but doubling our number because the capacity was there would be hard to imagine given the overall size of the unit and the 2 bathrooms inside. To be clear, we loves the space and would rent again if given the opportunity to visit PR again!

Provided GPS coordinates were accurate. Easy to find the location. We visited at the beginning of rainy season. No worries as this property is safely nestled on the hillside ensuring a dry home and vehicle. Property is only two minutes off the highway making it extremely convenient for travel but no highway noise in the room. Bakery, groceries and restaurants are just a few minutes from the house. You must stop at the roadside vendors. They’re delicious! Host and neighbors are so friendly! Having rented a vehicle, it was a great relief to have private parking off the road and inside the gate to keep the car safe. Hose out front to rinse off sand before going into the house. Everything is sparkling and fresh, leaving no question about cleanliness. AC and fans in all the bedrooms provided optimal comfort with the heat and humidity. The breakfast basket was SO thoughtful. Settle in with a cup of coffee right away. Chairs on the front balcony were my girls’ favorite place to read in the mornings and watch the neighborhood happenings. We could not recommend this place more. We will definitely be back! Fit our family of 6 very comfortably. Water pressure was good in the shower and the water was always hot. That’s always a win for us when the water stays hot for everyone to shower at the end of the day. Impressive! Nancy takes pride in her property and it really shows. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Studio 7 was quite spacious and offered a well-equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, full size refrigerator, utensils, microwave, blender), and fast WiFi (we were able to stream videos on multiple devices just fine). The king-sized bed is comfy, the TV is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the air conditioner works very well to cool the room. The shared washers and dryers onsite are free and very spacious (enough for a large load of clothes or to wash your sheets) and the included parking behind a locked gate made us feel secure. The pool is heated (pretty much the same temperature as the connected hot tub) and it was nice to lounge under the umbrellas. The host is efficient and very responsive to any questions or requests you may have (the original blender we had was broken and a staff member brought us a new one the next morning). I recommend having a car if you're visiting this part of the island, but even without a car, you're within a 15-minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores (less than 5 mins by car). Overall, I can recommend this place if you want to visit Dorado!
