The staff is very very polite and friendly. Location is very good since you are in the center of the city of Barcelos. There's a great potential for this hotel, but sadly, i think the management is not putting some budget in order to keep it in shape.

This hotel is on the Camino and right in the city center. My room was huge and had a bathtub, nice for soaking feet. Breakfast was great. Terrific value for price

It was very clean, it had every amenity needed in the kitchen which came very handy specially with children.
The cafe was fantastic and the people who showed me to my place were extremely helpful helping find supermarkets and other concerns I had. I recommend it without a doubt!

The place was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. After many long days, walking on the Camino, it was like coming home to my own home. I could not have asked for a nicer stay in a comfortable bed in a great location, then Casa Dourada. my only regret is that I only had one night to stay!

The building was absolutely beautiful overlooking an historic square. Staff was friendly and professional. And after walking the Camino for several days, it was wonderful to take advantage of their laundry service - It was a little pricey, but I think we got our clothes back within two hours! Highly recommend this place.
