nada. não é admissível que o quarto tenha sido desinfectado, com um produto agressivo, com cheiro intenso a mentol, que tenhamos apresentado a nossa indignação e não tenham feito nada de especial. afinal havia outros quartos que não tinham esse cheiro. lamentável. por muitos hoteis que ja passei nunca vi um serviço assim. |

L'hôtel est en travaux. Il n'est pas propre et les chambres sentent mauvais (parfum désodorisant). Le personnel est irrespectueux. Par ailleurs, il y avait durant mon séjour une fête, un bal à proximité de l'hôtel. Le personnel m'a promis que le bruit cesserai à 1h du matin, j'ai donc accepté de rester. En réalité, à 4h, la musique n'avait pas cessé et je n'ai quasiment pas pu dormir. |
